Terms & Conditions
What using Ethersocial means
Reading Ethersocial means you accept these terms as the ground rules for a site about crypto wallets, Ethereum projects and community coins. They are short on purpose. For questions, write to [email protected].
Information, not financial or security advice
Articles here are general explanations and personal opinion. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token or coin. Crypto prices swing sharply, projects can fail, and transfers on a blockchain are usually irreversible. Wallet guides describe common practice but cannot account for your device, your setup or the latest scam. Do your own checking and consider a qualified adviser before committing money you cannot afford to lose.
Ownership of what is published
Ethersocial’s written pieces, page design and original graphics are the operator’s own or are used with permission. You may read freely, share links and quote a short passage with clear credit. Copying complete pieces, republishing them or selling them requires written permission from the operator.
Behaviour on the site
Do not attempt to break into the site, flood it with automated requests, spread malicious code or use it for phishing, impersonation or fraud. Given how many crypto scams exist, we may block access that looks like an attempt to misuse the site or its readers.
What you send us
When you email a correction, question or topic idea, you confirm you may share it. You allow us to use the idea to improve Ethersocial, with no duty to reply or publish. Please do not send recovery phrases or keys.
Sponsorship, affiliate links and outside sites
The site may in future carry advertising or affiliate links, which could earn the operator a commission without raising your price, and they would not alter what an article says. Articles may point to wallet makers, block explorers, project repositories, exchanges and community forums. Those sites sit outside our control, and we cannot vouch for their security, their prices or what they later publish, so check any address carefully before connecting a wallet.
Warranties and liability
Ethersocial is offered as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, the operator makes no promise that content is complete, current or uninterrupted, and is not liable for losses, including lost digital assets, arising from use of the site or reliance on an article. Consumer rights that the law does not allow to be waived stay intact, as does any liability that the law will not let the operator exclude.
Changes and severability
The operator may revise these terms or the site whenever needed, and a revised version governs from the moment it appears here. If a part is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
